Our client is a fast-growing Cyber Security company that provides a proactive security monitoring platform for internet-facing systems. They are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead their marketing strategy and drive growth as they expand their presence in the ASM and Vulnerability Management market.


Position Overview

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for bringing a new creative mindset to develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to increase trials, leads, and conversations, all with the goal of driving net new ARR. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by optimizing the marketing team structure, and implementing data-driven experiments to drive measurable results.


What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase trials, leads, and conversations
  • Lead a rebrand initiative to align with the company's focus on becoming a leading ASM platform
  • Manage, structure, and optimize the marketing team to improve ownership, accountability, and results
  • Implement data-driven experiments to measure and optimize marketing ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support of marketing initiatives


What you need to bring:

  • Proven experience as a marketing leader with oversight of marketing strategy and execution
  • Strong background in SaaS, ideally in Cyber Security, networks, infrastructure, DevOps, or developer-focused tools
  • Experience managing marketing teams of at least 3 people up to a senior level
  • Creativity and ability to drive impactful marketing initiatives with limited budgets
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide direct and concise answers
  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement and employee development
