Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a market leading FMCG business which are looking to recruit a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator in Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a HSE candidate to develop and grow within the business.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies in line with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Lead incident investigations, reporting findings, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation and company standards.
  • Deliver health and safety training to staff, fostering a strong safety culture.
  • Drive environmental initiatives to reduce waste, energy use, and carbon footprint.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations.


On Offer

  • Up to £32,000 DOE
  • Monday to Friday - 40 hours p/w
