The London Victorian Ring Co, a well-established jewellery company located in the heart of London's Hatton Garden, is currently seeking a skilled Jewellery Production and Sales Manager to join our dedicated team.

As the Jewellery Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role. If you are passionate about jewellery craftsmanship, have a keen eye for detail, and possess the leadership skills to manage a dedicated team, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our passionate team.


In this role, you will coordinate and manage the production process and see clients in a sales capacity. You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality jewellery and exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive and self-motivated individual.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage the production process.
  • Brief and manage craftsmen.
  • Conduct precise quality control checks.
  • Proactively liaise with gemstone suppliers, sourcing and selecting fine-quality gemstones.
  • Provide accurate and well-written quotes to clients and handle pre- and post-sales enquiries.
  • Confidently and professionally meet with clients.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, building strong rapport and listening to clients' needs.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, optimizing production efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of new product lines and improvements to existing ones.


Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the fine jewellery industry.
  • Professional Jewellery Diploma/Degree or working towards, FGA Fellow of the Gemmological Association or GIA Gemological Institute of America certification.
  • Demonstrated sales record in fine jewellery.
  • Written customer service experience with excellent business writing skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the jewellery production process and experience working with craftspeople.
  • Proven ability to work with CRM systems, Word, Excel, Canva and Abode Photoshop.
  • Interest in Photography.
  • Fluent written and oral English skills.
  • Experience with technical jewellery drawings or CAD is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify.
  • Interest in antique jewellery would be beneficial.


Location: Hatton Garden, London

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,000 to £32,000
