Customer Service Advisors


We’re looking for 1 x full-time Customer Service Advisors to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for building rapport with our customers and providing service and support. This role requires excellent telephone manners, great attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Handle customer orders, issues, and complaints
  • Work with various teams to ensure the smooth running of the daily ordering
  • Identify and resolve problems to prevent any escalation
  • Promote seasonal products to customers where relevant

 

Requirements

  • Possess similar experience in a previous role
  • Excellent IT skills (able to learn new systems quickly)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player and also work well independently

 

Happy with flexible working shift patterns that cover 7 days a week with main hours as follows:

 

Sunday to Friday, 8 pm – 4 am with every other Saturday off + with every other Wednesday

 

  • Available to work ASAP

 

Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Deptford Office

 

Salary: £28,554.24 per annum
