Hunter Shore Group is currently representing a global leader in facility management and service operations. This is a unique opportunity to join one of Europe’s largest organizations within the food services space. You will report directly to the Director of Global Indirect Services, who is seeking an ambitious individual to join the team with the potential to becoming their successor.


As the Global Indirect Category Manager, you will lead the procurement strategy for contingent workforce and staffing solutions (80%) while also managing financial services procurement activities (20%). Working closely with regional buyers, HR, and senior business leaders, you will design and implement category strategies that align with business objectives, drive cost efficiencies, and enhance supplier performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a European strategy for contingent labour, workforce solutions, and staffing.
  • Establish and optimize MSP programs and outsourcing recruitment needs to ensure effective supplier management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR and regional procurement, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Build strategic supplier relationships and drive supplier performance to deliver cost efficiency, innovation, and service excellence.
  • Manage procurement processes for financial services, including corporate cards, payment processing, and audit services.
  • Tackle data and technology gaps to enable strategic, data-driven procurement decisions.
  • Lead negotiations, contract management, and compliance across Europe.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • 8-10 years of procurement experience.
  • Foundation in contingent labour, workforce solutions, and staffing categories.
  • Strategic and operational balance, with the ability to design high-level strategies and execute at an operational level.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly in complex, multicultural, and matrixed environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes and deliver innovation.
  • Fluency in English is essential; French proficiency is an advantage (not a must)
