Job Role

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to join our Production Team at Drake’s. The role will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing general administrative activities related to Production.

This role is ideal for someone who has gained experience at an Administrative Assistant level and is ready for a new challenge in a small Luxury business. Agility is essential in this role as it will adapt as the business grows.


What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Issuing and raising PO’s to CMT and FF manufacturers.
  • Issuing production tickets for the Drake’s factory
  • Tracking delivery to ensure the production plan is up to date and liaise with the different departments in case of any changes.
  • Building good relationships with Suppliers/Manufacturers.
  • Liaising and coordinating with the design team to order samples and protos.
  • Coordinating the shipment of all the trims (labels, swing tags and barcodes) to the factories
  • Supporting the department in performing admin duties as requested by your department.


Who we’d like to meet…

  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant (or similar).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to build relationships internally and externally at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • A great work ethic and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can do attitude.
