Key Responsibilities:


Sales Growth:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.

• Identify new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.


Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure customer needs are met.

• Provide post-sales support and manage customer feedback effectively.


Reporting & Analysis:

• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to the leadership team.

Product Knowledge:

• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.


Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed to join professionally.

• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

• Strong understanding of the market and key sales techniques.


Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
