Our client, a leading US investment bank, is seeking bring on a junior Analyst specialising in FIG M&A to their team in London. If you have a strong background in financial services (specifically FIG; Insurance and asset and wealth management sectors) apply now.


The Opportunity

  • Working on FIG M&A transactions, including financial analysis, due diligence, valuation and deal structuring.
  • Conducting industry research and market analysis to identify potential targets and opportunities for clients.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals and key stakeholders.


Requirements for consideration

  • Experience in FIG M&A (gained from working in Advisory or Transaction Services)
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, including proficiency in Excel and business valuation techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.


The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominately deal execution focused.
