Sales & Marketing Lead (Part-Time or Freelance Basis)


About Us

We are a friendly, remote team with weekly co-working sessions in central London. We're looking for a part-time or freelance Sales & Marketing Lead to join us and play a key role in driving brand awareness and business growth. 


The Role

In this dynamic role, you'll wear two hats – both Sales and Marketing. You'll co-create and execute marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, develop sales & marketing materials, and contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition. You'll also proactively generate new business and help expand existing accounts. Collaboration is key, so you'll work closely with our internal team to ensure all efforts align with company goals and our shared vision. To be successful, you'll need a strong understanding of our business specialisation, our unique brand and tone of voice, and the values that drive us. 


Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing solutions aligned with company goals and sales targets. 
  • Create a medium and long term marketing strategy and measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Produce regular reporting of all marketing activity
  • Help to manage our social media presence, and support the team to create engaging content for email newsletters and the website
  • Support with monitoring our social media and trends
  • Lead on paid advertising campaigns, SEO and PPC
  • Analyse data to gain insights about brands, competitors, and trends.


Sales Responsibilities

  • Be an integral part of the core team with your own ideas for sales growth and how to improve our sales process
  • Proactively generate new business leads and develop customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, award submissions and client events
  • Help to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Represent the company to external customers.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or advertising.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and data analysis.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, paid advertising, SEO and PPC


Desirable (but not essential)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Professional marketing certifications.


Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • £25.00 per hour or £52k per year pro-rata plus commission
  • Option for freelance or salaried position
