We are a forward-thinking recruitment agency specializing in the Architecture and Design sectors. Our main office is located in WeWork next to Spitalfields and Liverpool Street, but we leverage the flexibility of WeWork's All Access Memberships, giving you the freedom to work from any of their global offices as and when needed. The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Business Support and Office Roles within Architecture, you'll have the unique chance to build up your own desk in this expanding sector. With numerous opportunities already in our pipeline, there's substantial potential to develop and grow your client base. You'll operate without billing thresholds, maximizing your earning potential from day one. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with architectural firms needing business support and office professionals.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and place top talent in roles such as administrative assistants, office managers, receptionists, and more.
  • Business Development: Leverage our brand and resources to grow your client base and expand our offering in this lucrative area.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our founder and experienced recruiters to drive team success.
