Recruitment Consultant– Interim Accounting and Finance Team

£30k base salary + commission

Graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience

4 days a week in the office in Central London

About the Opportunity:


A leading independent European executive search and recruitment firm is seeking a new junior consultant, either a fresh graduate with interning experience, or a career mover with a minimum of one year of corporate work experience, to join its Interim Accounting and Finance team. The Role:


As part of the Interim Accounting and Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. Over an initial 18-month period, you will:


- Source and engage with candidates for interim roles, working closely with experienced Consultants on live assignments.

- Learn the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs to successfully placing candidates.

- Join client meetings, shortlist discussions, and candidate interviews, gaining invaluable exposure to the strategic and operational aspects of recruitment.

- Benefit from a structured mentoring programme in a collaborative and supportive environment.
