Deputy Head of Regulatory Reporting

JSS are working with a leading and highly prestigious, mid market bank on their search for a Deputy Head/Senior Manager to take the reins of their regulatory reporting team.

The position will require:


  • Working closely with the Head of the Regulatory team on ensuring the quality and punctuality of returns to the PRA
  • Oversee submissions to the PRA including COREP, Liquidity (NSFR, PRA110, LCR, ALMM) and BOE.
  • Partnering with the Policy Team as well as the Change Team in order to enhance and automate the existing processes and support on the implementation of regulatory changes, namely Basel 3.1
  • Sign off on internal reporting and manage ad hoc reporting to the banks senior management
  • Train and mentor a team, acting as a role model


The business are looking for:


  • Prior experience with Prudential regulatory reporting experience, ideally aross both Liquidity and Capital Reporting
  • Previous exposure to Basel 3.1 implementations
  • The ability to work proactively in a change environment and facilitate operational improvement
  • Some Alteryx experience would be desirable
