Customer Service Coordinator

You will be responsible for coordinating client account activities, tracking progress, and communicating with customers and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will be essential in supporting the project administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project milestones are met.
• Track client orders and progress and report on any challenges to operations team.
• Assist in preparing project documentation.
Requirements
• Proven experience in project coordination, administration, production coordinator.
• Strong organizational and time management and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
