Daytime Healthcare are working with a Leading Cosmetic Surgery Clinic / Aesthetics Clinic in Harley Street who are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to join their team This is a unique opportunity with the potential to help grow the brand to other cities
*Dual site Clinic Manager for Cosmetic Surgery Clinic and Aesthetics Clinic*
As a Clinic Manager, you will:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of the smooth operation of the clinic.
* Lead, develop, and manage the clinic and a team.
* Mentor, train, and supervise team members as needed.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve goals and objectives.
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Conduct client consultation, recommend treatment plans with products to enhance client well-being and aftercare.
Ideal Candidate:
* Must have experience managing a cosmetic surgery/aesthetic clinic.
* Must be professional, reliable and organised.
* Must be enthusiastic, motivated and a team player.
* Outstanding presentation, leadership skills and communication skills.
* A confident, friendly, and professional personality.
* CQC knowledge (desirable)
* Experience managing diaries.
Additional commission earnings and bonuses to be earned
Schedule:
* 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, 09:00am - 18:00pm
