The business is undergoing a period of growth and transformation, offering the successful candidate the chance to make an impact in shaping the companys future.This is a highly commercial, hands-on role within a fast-paced, operational manufacturing environment. You will play a key part in driving profitability, supporting business decisions, and partnering with operations and commercial teams.Key Responsibilities: Calculate and maintain accurate costs for all products, ensuring new and existing items meet margin targets. Monitor profitability by product and customer, highlighting areas for improvement or concern to the senior team. Work closely with operations and commercial teams to find more cost-effective ways of working and improve overall business performance. Manage price changes related to material costs and help implement these with customers. Prepare monthly sales forecasts by product and customer, track actual performance, and flag any issues. Review stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and suggest solutions for slow-moving items with the wider team. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience within a manufacturing environment with exposure to cost accounting Strong commercial acumen and operational experience, with a focus on business partnering and performance analysis.
