We are currently seeking a Solicitor/ Chartered Legal Executive for our busy Bournemouth office. This role would be a full time position working within the Real Estate Finance team.

Your role will require experience of dealing with commercial property transactions and acting for lenders in taking security.

Manage your own case load and be able to deal with all elements effectively including drafting client documentation and performing title checks for residential and commercial properties on purchase and remortgage matters for clients such as individuals, lenders, developers, landlords, relocation companies, etc. Research new issues to find appropriate and creative solutions for clients and look to learn and increase legal knowledge and then put this into practise.
Comply with firm-wide, Solicitor Regulation Authority and Quality Conveyancing Scheme procedures, including money laundering, letters of engagement, billing and to undertake and monitor Lexcel compliance as directed by the Firm, Manager and Team Leader. 
Develop and influence evolving aspects of Property law.
Keep current with the latest legal knowledge and working practices.
Attend legal and skills training programmes when provided.
