Job: M&E Asset SurveyorLocation: LondonSalary: £50,000My client, is looking for an M&E Asset Surveyor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for offering crucial insights into the condition of M&E and Building Fabric assets for various clients, spanning a range of sectors. Your duties will include conducting Mechanical and Electrical and/or Building Fabric surveys on client's properties nationwide, validating, tagging, and recording assets, confirming their locations, and assessing their condition through visual inspection, as well as providing assessments of their life expectancy.Essential Requirements: Good working knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Systems and Building Fabric.HNC/NVQ/HND qualification or similar Building or Engineering professional qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.Knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations, SFG20, and CIBSE standards.A valid UK driving licenceExtensive experience in conducting condition surveys covering M&E and/or Building Fabric assets.Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to use Excel and learn other internal software platformsDesirable:High-level qualification in a Building Fabric or Building Engineering Services discipline.Experience working in customer-focused environments.Knowledge of health and safety legislation.Experience in managing asset projects.Ability to work on your own Person: An innovative and lateral thinker who can work in a client environment and is highly self-motivated.A strategic and logical planner with a natural problem-solving attitude.Has experience working with volumes of data and can analyse and provide valuable outputs.Enjoys working in a field-based role where travel is required.If this sounds like something you'd be interested in then please apply with an up to date CVRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
