M&E Asset Surveyor – up to £63k + Package + 10% Bonus + 12% Pension
Talent Motion is collaborating with a top Real Estate advisory firm to help them locate a M&E Asset Surveyor for their Technical Services Consultancy (M&E) team in London, conveniently situated just a short walk from Liverpool Street Station.
Working closely with Property Managers, Facility Managers, and other business streams like Building Consultancy and Project Management, you'll be in charge of carrying out M&E term consultancy auditing tasks related to building services, contributing to business growth both internally and externally, while advocating for top-notch M&E management standards and mitigating risks.
This prominent real estate advisory firm leverages their wide range of services and extensive cross-sector expertise, gained over their 165-year legacy and vast network of over 600 offices, to provide practical guidance and assist clients.

They collaborate with a diverse range of clients from various sectors, including investors, developers, occupiers, architects, project managers, surveyors, and agents.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting on-site audits of designated buildings and creating audit reports
- Evaluating and managing engineering business risks to support property management directives
- Introducing and executing new technical consultancy service lines to enrich customer service offerings
- Completing engineering site surveys and audit reports in a specified format
- Nurturing internal and external relationships with clients, local authorities, service providers, and regulatory bodies
- Providing technical guidance and counsel to the surveyor and RFM team
- Staying abreast of legislative updates and guidelines, tracking advancements in building services
Requirements:
- Outstanding M&E consultancy expertise supported by relevant professional certifications and continuous learning
- Solid grasp of facilities management procedures, including CAFM systems
- Familiarity with current statutory PPM testing and maintenance prerequisites for M&E systems and installations, including adherence to health & safety protocols
- Effective time management, planning, and organizational capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for influencing others
