We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the Commercial Team. This role will be based on site in Water Orton.
The project’s most complex network of structures in the West Midlands, this sublot includes the Delta Junction – a triangular section of the high-speed railway made up of nine precast segmental viaducts, embankments, and other bridging structures, with around 10km of track crossing a network of motorways, roads and rivers.
Responsible for initiating and leading tasks and processes, taking responsibility and being accountable, where relevant, for the work and roles of others whilst exercising broad autonomy and judgement within broad parameters in their area of responsibility.
Responsible to a Project Manager or Commercial Manager for relevant commercial aspects of a section of a project.
Experienced required :
• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent
• NEC 3 Contract Experience
• UK Construction Industry Experience

Role description:
A Senior Quantity Surveyor will be managing all costs from the initial calculations to the final figures, minimising the costs of the project and enhancing value for money - for a specific section of HS2.
Experienced required:
BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent.
NEC contract experience.
Experience working on a large infrastructure project.
Experience on a civil engineering project.
Membership of RICS, ICES or CIOB.
