A leading Consultancy in central Scotland is now looking for an Associate-level Civil Design Engineer to join their dynamic team, contributing to the development of innovative infrastructure projects.

The role entails the creation and management of civil design solutions for a variety of infrastructure projects, including housing, commercial and environmental. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring designs meet client specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed civil engineering designs and drawings
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives
- Manage project resources and timelines
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Proficient in the use of civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microdrainage)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil engineering design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and project management skills
