Job: Product Owner


You will work with agile multidisciplinary teams to create, support, and continuously improve products that meet real user needs. You will use your wealth of experience to implement and drive product strategy in a new and exciting product suite.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Act as the primary liaison, leveraging your commercial acumen to comprehend and foresee client and market needs while shaping the product vision.
  • Manage the product backlog, balancing scope, budget, and time to prioritise objectives and map out dependencies.
  • Oversee the development stages including collaboration with product and development teams to plan, execute and review each sprint,
  • Take accountability for each stage of the development process and work closely with the team to refine and improve the development process
  • Evaluate product progress, inspect and assess progress through each iteration and determine if the final product is acceptable
  • Assess problems and processes in a way which is understandable to key stakeholders, both business and technical, and facilitate the analysis and design of effective solutions.
  • Articulate the specific commercial outcomes or results of the product to the team
  • Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and develop strategies to ensure the success of the product.


What we’re seeking:


  • Previous experience working as a product owner preferably in an e-commerce B2C environment delivering new, and iterations of existing products using agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes, customer behavior and market trends
  • Experience of product launches including user-feedback / product discovery
  • Analytical mindset with ability to make data driven decisions
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and design thinking
