We are looking for someone who is highly IT literate, has a passion for systems and data, and who supports positive change.About the roleAs part of our team, you’ll be responsible for:Supporting the development, implementation and operation of our housing management systemMaintaining the integrity of the housing management system, including reviewing and analysing data and trends, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsCreating and maintaining reports as required by service managersDeveloping training materials and facilitating training sessions for system usersAssisting with the allocation and monitoring of complaints in accordance with the Housing Ombudsman’s complaint handling codeAssisting in the collation of and reporting on performance data across the housing service.Who should apply?You will be joining a small, friendly and supportive team who have a shared passion for improvement, are future-focussed, and who work closely with each other to deliver real and lasting change.You’ll need to be a team player who is reliable, confident and motivated, and who will bring a positive energy to the team.
