We are a prominent full service legal firm in Liverpool specialising in residential property law. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise in conveyancing. We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. Our ethos is based on building relationships which has resulted in a lot of long-standing clients that return to us for advice on a range of matters.

Key Responsibilities:nManaging a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completionnConducting all conveyancing procedures including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgagesnLiaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing processnPreparing and reviewing contracts, leasehold documents, and other legal documentsnEnsuring all transactions comply with regulatory and legislative requirementsnMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactionsnProviding high-quality customer service and keeping clients informed throughout the process

Requirements:nQualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing (qualification is

desirable but not essential)nStrong understanding of conveyancing procedures and regulationsnExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsnAbility to manage a high-volume caseload efficientlynProficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office SuitenStrong organisational skills with a keen eye for detailnAbility to work independently and as part of a team
