My client is currently seeking an experienced residential conveyancer for a rewarding opportunity in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of operational and compliance aspects within the conveyancing field. They should be self-motivated, with the ability to handle technical processes and ensure regulatory adherence. Experience with investor transactions, particularly in new development purchases, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards throughout transactions.Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to facilitate smooth property transactions.Conduct comprehensive due diligence and review documentation for property transactions.Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Requirements:
Qualified lawyer with over 5 years PQE or an experienced conveyancer capable of managing their caseload or leading a team.Thorough understanding of residential conveyancing operations and systems.Proficiency in navigating legal and compliance requirements in conveyancing.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.Experience with investor finance and new development purchases is desirable.
