As a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading firm in the industry, handling a wide range of residential conveyancing cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle residential conveyancing cases from start to finish, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting searches, and exchanging contracts.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on residential conveyancing matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential conveyancing, preferably with a leading firm.
  • Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
