This role is an Interim Talent Acquisition Advisor, with a focus on head office recruitment for a public sector organisation in Sheffield. The prospective candidate should be experienced in partnering hiring managers & overseeing recruitment processes end to end.

Description
Oversee and manage recruitment processes and procedures
Aid in the development of job descriptions and person specifications
Ensure equal opportunities in recruitment and selection processes
Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment and selection processes
Maintain and develop relationships with recruitment agencies
Coordinate with HR team on new employee inductions
Monitor recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency
Ensure compliance with public sector recruitment regulationsProfile
A successful Interim Talent Acquisition Advisor should have:
Proven experience in previous TA roles
Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
Strong communication skills & excellent written skills
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A good understanding of employment law related to recruitment and selectionJob Offer
£36,000 pa
A temporary role with full-time hours until March 2025
