The role

Working closely with the Operations Manager, the Food Beverage Manager will be responsible for the Food Beverage service offering which covers our Pineapple Restaurant, Cave Bar, Titan Sky Bar, Private Dining areas including the Dining Domes and Room Service. You will pride yourself on creating an exceptional experience for our customers, ensuring that the highest level of customer care is delivered by the team. You’ll also:

Lead by example with the Breakfast Manager and Restaurant Manager ably supporting them to deliver in their roles.
Responsible and targeted on revenue, contribution, guest satisfaction, employee engagement and HS across all FB areas.
Coach, mentor and develop the FB team to provide exceptional service at all teams, creating a culture of excellence that encourages personal development and progression.
Optimise opportunities to exceed budgeted targets and maximising sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for FB budget delivery across all areas, ensuring there is a culture of delivery within the bar and restaurant management teams, looking after wage controls, GP and ancillary costs.
Liaise with support services to support the Breakfast Manager and Restaurant Manager in creating an environment of continual improvement through training and development.
Managing the teams effectively with regards to recruitment, staff training, rotas and staff development.
Through close working with Head Chef, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and support services, develop, implement, refine, and deliver a commercial FB plan designed to optimise revenue across all areas.

About you

As a Food Beverage Manager, you’ll have a real passion for food and drink, and excellent attention to detail to provide amazing service. You’ll also:

Be competent in using Microsoft Outlook email calendar, Excel, Word etc.
Experience at management level across all Food and Beverage outlets including formal restaurant service, bar service and private dining service.
Be a clear thinker, with the ability to analyse and resolve problems
Excellent attention to detail, creative and innovative with the vision to capitalise on sales opportunities.
Knowledge of current Health Safety Legislation
Financially astute, with experience of utilising rota systems and EPOS systems
A ‘can do’ attitude as this is a ‘very hands’ on role
