Meldrum House are looking for a Hospitality Apprentice.

Hospitality Apprenticeship North East is a programme developed by hoteliers in the north east of Scotland to attract young, vibrant talent into the hospitality industry locally.

We’re recruiting a new generation of hospitality apprentices (aged 16 to 25) to join the programme in - team workers, bright minds and personable individuals who will become the industry’s future, delivering the exceptional hospitality for which our region is famed.

The apprenticeship is 18 months long and you’ll receive an SVQ level 5 on completion. You’ll have on the job training mixed with core course content working in all departments in the hotel, meeting regularly with fellow apprentices from other properties and attending external information days.

Meldrum House Country Hotel & Golf Course is an award-winning property set in 240 acres of stunning parklands. Indoors our award winning 800-year Cave Bar offers a quirky dining option in contrast to our relaxed fine dining Pineapple Grill & Seafood Restaurant. Also having the reputation as being the special occasion destination within the area, Meldrum House creates memories to last a lifetime in our stunning ballroom hosting 135 weddings this year alone.
