Required: “ New Recruitment Consultant” – Perms Sales & Marketing Division

The role of a Recruitment Consultant
Based in the Birmingham office, you’ll be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle of a very busy perms Sales and Marketing desk. This desk is already billing in excess of £120k per annum so you can really hit the ground running.
Responsibilities include:
* Building long term relationships with new and existing client’s
* Client visits to take full brief of job/person specification
* Negotiating fees
* Sourcing candidates, through social media, LinkedIn and job boards
* Screening CV's
* Interviewing prospective candidates
* Arranging interviews between client and candidate
* Providing feedback to both client and candidate post interview
* Arranging 2nd and final stage interviews
* Negotiating salaries and remuneration packages
* Placing candidates
What experience do I need as a Recruitment Consultant?
* Experience of working as a 360 Perms Recruitment Consultant (any sector) ESSENTIAL
* Minimum 6 months B2B Sales experience
* Proven track record of success in a recruitment agency setting
* Solid career history (no job hopping)
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Team player who enjoys the social side of work
* Organised, hardworking and enjoys a fast-paced environment
* Hungry for success
* Money motivated
What can I earn?
This Recruitment Consultant position offers an attractive basic salary of £30k per annum.
On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus if you hit your targets (details of which will be revealed on application).
