Role Overview: As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and strategic mindset will drive the success of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Team Leadership: Motivate, coach, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service. Foster a positive work environment.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to promote the hotel, attract new guests, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold brand standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
- Community Engagement: Be an active participant in local events and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a boutique hotel or upscale property.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Financial acumen and proficiency in budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
