Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere, attending to guest needs promptly and professionally.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, coach, and mentor staff to provide outstanding service and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, optimize revenue streams, and control costs effectively.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to drive hotel promotion, attract new clientele, and nurture existing relationships.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to brand standards, cleanliness, and safety measures.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in local events and initiatives to enhance the hotel's presence in the area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in a boutique hotel or upscale property.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
