Engineering Manager Southampton £70,000 - £75,000 + 5k Car + Progression into Operations Manager Position for an Engineering Manager to step into a Site Operations Manager role with a heavy engineering specialist going through significant growth. This is an excellent opportunity to excel your career as you lead one of the companies key UK sites, in an autonomous role offering complete industry training and development. An ideal applicant is an experienced Engineering / Maintenance Manager looking to take a step up. You will have excellent leadership abilities and experience in the heavy engineering, bulk commodity, aggregates, waste management or similar sector. The company turnover circa £1bn per annum and operate in one of the UK’s fastest growing & sustainable sectors. They are going through significant growth with new sites opened this year and significant investment ongoing at their existing facilities. Due to this growth & expansion, we are seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead their operations based at Southampton Docks. In this position, you will manage an experienced team covering production, maintenance, import/export, and procurement. You will have full autonomy in your day-today work and given complete industry training & development.
