My client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join their team at their main dealership

Responsibilities:
* Drive sales by demonstrating and promoting the features, capabilities, and benefits of our new and used vehicles to customers.
* Provide an exceptional customer experience by organizing and conducting test drives with potential customers and following up through various means of communication.
* Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers while ensuring a smooth and seamless purchasing process.
* Exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in car sales is essential.
* Passionate about cars and have a strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
* A valid driver's license.

Salary And Benefits:
* £20k Basic £45k OTE
* Company Car
* 20 days holiday + BH
* Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm, Sats 8:30am – 5pm Sundays 10am – 4pm On rota basis
