Job Description :

A client of ours is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer who is ready to step into a Tech Lead role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise in frontend development who is passionate about mentoring and driving innovation. In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of frontend architecture, set technical standards, and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver top-tier web applications.


What You’ll Do :


  • Develop High-Quality Web Applications: Create responsive, user-cantered web applications by translating design concepts into polished, interactive features. You’ll work within an agile team to continuously improve the performance and user experience.
  • Set Frontend Standards: Take the lead in defining and maintaining frontend best practices, ensuring that performance, accessibility, and SEO standards are met across all projects.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with UX designers and backend developers to ensure technical feasibility and deliver solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Drive Innovation: Develop reusable code, libraries, and tools to improve development efficiency and streamline workflows. Always look for ways to improve team productivity and code maintainability.
  • Lead and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, sharing your expertise and helping onboard new team members.

What will you ideally have experience of ?


Core Tech Stack : Proven expertise with NextJS (as the React framework), TypeScript, Chakra UI, TailwindCSS, Zustand/MobX, and CSS-in-JS solutions (Emotion, Styled Components).


Testing and Development Tools : Experience with tools such as Husky, Prettier, ESLint, Vitest/Jest, and React Testing Library.


Desirable Skills : Knowledge of React Native, Shopify (Liquid, Hydrogen, Oxygen), JavaScript ES6, Twig, JQuery, SCSS, or PHTML is a plus.


Soft Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to lead within a collaborative team environment.
