Location: Southwark, London
Contract Type: Locum 3 month contract
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Duties of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
Assessment and liaison
Duty
Crisis management
Baseline mental health assessments
AMPH referrals
Therapy referrals
Liaison with primary care
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
Experience working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse
NMC Registration
Experience working in an NHS setting
Knowledge of Personality Disorder, Psychosis, Bi Polar, Depression and Anxiety
Trauma Refugee asylum seeker experience
