From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you’ll keep our store running like clockwork, thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl. What youll do● Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles● Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks● Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you● Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager● Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly● Give our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store

What youll need● Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment● The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team● Patience and a friendly manner with the ability to keep calm in any situation● Passion to thrive as a key part of the Store Team● A proactive and encouraging approach to help your colleagues develop themselves and store operations
