Business Development Manager - Drone Solutions (UK) Up to £35k base + £25k commission Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and driving growth in emerging markets? Join a UK leader in drone solutions, remote sensing, and aerial innovation - delivering enterprise-grade equipment, tailored training, and aerial services to clients across energy, defence, public safety, infrastructure, and environmental sectors. We’re delighted to be hiring for two driven and results-oriented characters who will work closely with the UK team and collaborate with a global sales network to bring next-generation drone technology to customers nationwide. Key Responsibilities Drive Growth : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share in the UK. Build Relationships : Establish and nurture long-term partnerships across key sectors. Consult & Recommend : Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions. Close Deals : Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and meet/exceed sales targets. Collaborate : Work with marketing to support lead generation and brand visibility. Influence Innovation : Share customer insights to help shape future product offerings. Stay Organized : Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates. What We’re Looking For A hunter mindset with a passion for prospecting and lead generation. A self-starter who thrives on winning new business. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proactive and comfortable in a hybrid/remote working environment.
