We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based organisation in their pursuit of a Head of Software to lead their growing development team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role which will require occasional travel to their Cambridge office.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the current in-house software development team and driving productivityn• Managing multiple software projects and teams within an agile environmentn• Working with stakeholders to produce products that meet the organisations requirementsn• Providing a hands-on approach where required to support development, testing and automationn• Developing architecture for all software productsn• Working closely with the CTO to manage technical operations

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role, leading, developing, and motivating technical teamsn• Proven experience working and managing within an Agile environmentn• Have the capability to work hands on when needed to developn• Strong experience in full-stack development (C#, .NET)n• Understanding of internet and cloud technologiesn• Relevant software development certifications
