Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the software development team and supervise all in-house software development, driving enhancements in technology with a highly skilled team.
  • Develop the foundational architecture for all software products and projects.
  • Manage multiple software projects, establish roadmaps, and craft software solutions by analyzing information needs, consulting with users, studying systems flow, and investigating problem areas.
  • Design and execute tests, implement systems for software automation, continuous integration, and deployment.
  • Demonstrate programming proficiency in C#, .Net, and a willingness to acquire knowledge in additional languages and frameworks as necessary.
  • Ensure ongoing adherence to legal, security, and regulatory requirements.

  • Guide the team in embracing innovation and technology advancements.
  • Act as the CTO's deputy when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with the CTO and Head of IT to oversee daily operations and contribute to the long-term strategic vision of the Technology team.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through intricate projects and organizational transformations.
  • Prepare documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders using various formats.
  • Key Competencies:

  • Technical proficiency in programming, testing, and automation.
