Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.
On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a CDD Project Support Administrator for until the end of the year (possibility of extension) contract based in Manchester (hybrid).
Purpose of the Role:
As a CDD Project Support Administrator you will assist with the growing administrative demands on our CDD Project Managers as they focus on enhancing the customer experience in this next phase. In addition to managing high-level admin tasks, this role will contribute to small projects that support the broader team's objectives.
Responsibilities of the role:
As a CDD Project Support Administrator you will be responsible for:
Performing a high volume of administrative tasks to assist CDD Project Managers, such as data entry, document management, and process tracking.
Handling customer recontact requests, ensuring all necessary information is updated and maintained within the system.
Maintaining accurate records of communications and updates related to CDD processes.
Assisting with smaller projects within the CDD team, helping with coordination, documentation, and task tracking.
Collaborating with the team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience throughout the CDD lifecycle.
What we require from the candidate:
Banking or Financial Services background.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
Accuracy and attention to detail with data entry experience.
Problem-solver with analytical abiities.Next steps
