Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and supervising a team of waste collection operatives
* Driving and operating waste collection vehicles
* Ensuring timely and efficient waste collection services
* Conducting daily vehicle checks and routine maintenance
* Training new team members and providing ongoing support
* Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies
* Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns from the public
Requirements:
* Previous experience in waste collection or a related field is essential
* Valid UK driving licence with the appropriate category for waste collection vehicles
