Legal Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting people coming into the office
* Answering incoming calls and communicating with the company’s legal departments.
* May involve some dictation and other general secretarial duties.
* Audio typing of reports
* Dealing with confidential matters on the telephone and sometimes face to face
* Filing and scanning
* Dealing with the post
* General ad hoc work
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Ideally, the candidate will have experience in reception or a background in secretarial duties.
