About the role: We are seeking a passionate Nursery Nurse to join our dedicated team. This role is essential for supporting the personal care needs of our Early Years students. The position is full-time and integral to maintaining our high standards of care and education. • Relevant qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience in personal care and supporting SEN students.
• Strong communication skills and a nurturing demeanor.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in personal care routines such as feeding, toileting, and hygiene.
• Support classroom activities and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to meet individual student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of personal care and developmental progress for assigned students, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies and procedures.
