The wineries we represent are like us, progressive and fiercely independent and we proudly supply their wines to our ever-growing customer base across the UK’s leading restaurants, pubs, wine bars and hotels.


To help deliver on our commercial aspirations, we are looking for a dynamic Prestige Account Manager Hotels within London. Using your channel specific experience you will deliver profitable, sustainable growth and will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to increase our wine sales within the hotel and venues industry.

This role requires a sales professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality market, strong relationships within the hotel and venues sector, and a passion for wine. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth.


PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES include

  • Sales strategy and execution, market analysis, account management and sales forecasting
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop Agencies strategies for the hotel market.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead on negotiations and presentations
  • Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships.


Qualifications:

  • WSET level 2 as a minimum
  • Experience, knowledge and a track record of selling wine to the hotel and venues sector
  • Strong network of contacts within the hotel industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Passion for wine and deep knowledge of wine products.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Qualified to degree level, GCSE in English and Maths as a minimum
  • Experience of using data to drive the commercial tender process
  • Good standard of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint

WORKING PATTERN


This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and whilst the core hours are 09:00 to 17:30 there will be some evening or weekend work required.
