Help shape the energy turnaround at Elements Green Development Ltd. - as our EPC Director (m/f/d)

Leadership & Strategy

- Provide strategic direction and leadership for all EPC activities for our global solar & BESS development portfolio.

- Oversee cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

- Collaborate with senior management to align EPC operations with company goals and objectives.


Project Management

- Lead the full lifecycle of solar PV & BESS projects from initial design through commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting performance targets.

- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks related to schedule, budget, or technical challenges.

- Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and key milestones to stakeholders.


Engineering & Design

- Oversee the design and engineering phases of solar PV & BESS projects, ensuring all technical specifications meet project requirements and industry standards.

- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide technical leadership and ensure the integration of best practices in solar system design.


Procurement

- Lead the procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery.

- Lead negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.

- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure materials and equipment meet required specifications.


Construction & Commissioning

- Direct on-site construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to plans, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on all projects.

- Lead the commissioning process and ensure that all systems are operational and meet performance expectations.

Degree educated within engineering or equivalent experience.

Extensive experience and a proven track record as a Senior EPC professional within an international renewable asset development company (preference for Solar & BESS).

Proven experience in building, developing and leading best in class teams globally.

Exceptional negotiation skills with attention to detail and ability to drive best business outcomes.

Adept at contract review and term sheet analysis.

Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills, comfortable operating within senior leadership groups.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to nurture lasting relationships.

Adaptable, problem-solver with a creative mindset when navigating complex contract negotiations.
