The School and Role
This ‘Good’ primary school, based in Sunderland are looking to appoint an excellent Teaching Assistant to work in Key Stage 1 on a full-time basis. This will be a role where the Teaching Assistant will be providing general classroom support across Years 1 and 2 and delivering targeted interventions to help boost progress. This school boasts a strong KS1 team that work together to support each other and create the best learning environment for children.
Requirements:
The desired Teaching Assistant will have;
Experience of working within Early Years.
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Experience of working with pupils with low attainment
A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
An ability to work as part of a team
