YOUR NEW ROLEnAn opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Operations team. A key support role, this position provides full administration, Front of House and secretarial support across the London office of UIB.

UIB’s Operations team provide continuous monthly reporting to central management and executive functions within the business, managing and delivering on cross-divisional change programmes as required. This is achieved through working closely with all areas (broking, technical services, claims processing and administration support) - defining business requirements, identifying drivers for change, and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement/increased efficiency based on emerging technological advancements within the industry.

This is an extremely varied role where you will:nArrange travel and accommodationnPrepare and submit expensesnAssist with event managementnProvide full administration support as requirednCover Front of House / SwitchboardnPartake in minute taking, typing, report and document preparationnWork as part of a team across the business

ABOUT YOUnPrevious experience working as an administrator/ secretary/ PA for an international organisationnInsurance knowledge, including the products and services provided by insurance brokers (desirable)nExperience of managing clientsnCustomer focused, ensuring positive customer experience is at the core of all activities undertaken.nStrong team player skills, good work ethics and able to work independently and use initiative.nGood communication skillsnGood IT literacy skills (Microsoft)
