Duties and tasks:
Reporting to the Recruitment & Training Development Lead
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional applicant with the ability to prioritise their workload and work on their own initiative, precision to detail and the ability to see things through from start to finish is essential. You will be working with a friendly team with the passion to deliver personal centered care and really make a difference.
Community Engagement – Supporting Marketing Coordinator & RTDL
* Assist/Support Marketing Coordinator to engage with local community groups & develop relationships that drive enquiries
* Assist/Support Marketing Coordinator to organise and plan events i.e: recruitment days
Recruitment supporting Recruitment Training & Development Lead
* Filter incoming CARE Professional enquiries to telephone interview stage to support RTDL
* Prepare & Participate in the first day and last day of induction training ensuring all paperwork is evidenced and uploaded
* Celebrate new CARE Professional on social media during Induction Training week
* Escalate concerns regarding candidate pipeline, as necessary to Marketing Coordinator & RTDL
* Support and assist when required in all non-regulated training.
* Prepare all New Candidate paperwork and equipment.
CARE Professional Retention & Engagement
* Assist in organising 2-monthly CARE Professional meetings by AREA with Team
* Assist with smooth handover of new CARE Professional to Team Leaders
Administration & Compliance:
* Responsible for correspondence and sending out emails inviting new CARE Professional to monthly Induction training along with DBS instruction and confirmation of required paperwork/IT equipment
* Manager and ensure References are retrieved prior CARE Professional starting employment using Reference Checker application
* Manager Smart Recruiter application to ensure all enquires have been actioned and followed through in order to produce monthly analytics data for CPRTD.
* Ensure DBS applications are submitted prior to Induction training and confirmed DBS certificate has been evidenced prior start date and evidenced in file.
* Collect, scan and store all CARE Professional applicant documentation and training materials as per CARE Professional Dropbox file.
* Responsibility for CARE Professional recruitment file compliance with HISC Standards
* Activation and completion of tasks in People Planner via Smart recruiters hire
* Ensuring the Touchpoints & Equipment spreadsheet is updated through the 12 week journey along with Team Leaders
* Responsible for Recruitment Compliance Audit end of month to ensure all recruitment paperwork is uploaded and filed as per HISC standards.
* Prepare Training folders for Care Professionals
* Prepare all New Care Professionals New starter packs.
