A day in the life of a Soft Services Manager:nOperational responsibility of all Aramark Services at the Lifeboat CollegenFinancial reconciliation of all retail sales, cash and PDQnEnsuring Sharp EPOS System (Tills) is maintained up to date with pricing, appropriate buttons and authorised staff is adequately trainednPayroll is completed accurately and timelynStaff records are complete and always up to datenEquipment, uniforms and other purchases are compliant to Aramark and RNLI standardsnHospitality and Training Functions responsibility and coordinationnPromotional activities are business conducive and maintained in timely fashionnMaintenance, Health & Safety, SOX and OPEX requirements are enforced and audited according to company policy.nConduct regular meetings for staff teamnParticipate at HoD and other relevant meetingsnTraining of Staff when necessarynMentoring of Graduate placements and staff.nEnsuring relevant computer systems are used correctly and working to meet the needs of the businessnRegular audits of business activitiesnDevising development plans for staff
