Full Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee our client's construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and proven leadership skills to manage teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate all site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines and budgets.
Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel.
Oversee the management of resources, including staff, equipment, and materials.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with building regulations and quality standards.
Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing any issues that arise.
Resolve conflicts or delays in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and accountability.Requirements:
Direct Mechanical/HVAC Experience & relevant background/qualifications in relevant fields.
Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Thorough knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
